Traub Capital Management, LLC, located in Needham, MA, was founded in 2003 by Heydon Traub, CFA, CFP ®, who has 23 years of global investing experience. Mr. Traub spent 16 years at State Street Global Advisors (SSgA), the World's largest institutional asset manager. He served in roles heading the firm's Global Equities and Global Asset Allocation departments, including responsibility for all balanced funds and led the development of SSgA's currency strategies. Prior to founding Traub Capital Management, Mr. Traub's role at SSgA was Senior Vice President, Vice-chairman of the firm's Investment Committee, and head of the Global Asset Allocation team, a team responsible for managing over $50 billion. He hosted a weekly radio show for 3 years on the Money Matters radio network, which was heard locally on WBNW 1120 AM. He is also an instructor for the Kaplan/Schweser's CFA Review Program, serves the town of Needham as a Commissioner of Trust Funds, and chairs Temple Aliyah's endowment investment committee.
